Our parent handbook describes grading frameworks, code of conduct requirements, device handling policies, attendance milestones, and emergency procedures. We require all parents to read this handbook prior to the first program day.

Safety & Security Mandates

Your child's safety is our absolute priority

Authorized Pick-Up Policy

Students will only be released to guardians listed in our registration forms. Teachers require a valid government photo ID for checks upon pick up. T-shirt/jersey distributions happen at Week 1.

Background Screened Mentors

Every staff member, teaching assistant, and guest instructor passes rigorous state-level and federal background checks. We enforce a strict 6:1 student ratio for close guidance.

Before First Day checklist

Complete parent registration wizard forms and waivers.

Verify tuition status or confirm scholarship credit key.

Download and sign the physical emergency treatment slip.

Send a water bottle, allergy checklist, and nut-free snack with your student.

Device Policies

Apex provides active Chromebook leases to all students in the Code Warriors (Ages 8-12) and Digital Creators (Ages 11-15) cohorts. Future Leaders Academy participants are encouraged to bring their private laptops, but can lease a loaner device free of charge upon request.
